Report an Absence

If your child is unavoidably absent from school, please inform the school in one of the following ways.  

• Call 01367 240375 Option 1
• Email studentservices@fcc.faringdonlearningtrust.org
• Via the My Child At School (MCAS) app

Please ensure that your message reaches the school by the end of the morning registration period, which finishes at 9.10am.

In the case of illness, please contact the school each morning of absence to ensure that your child’s absence record is correct.

Please also use these methods of communication to inform the school if your child needs to be absent due to medical or dental appointments.

If your child's absence has not been reported, you will be contacted.

If your child becomes unwell during the school day, they should report to Student Services. You will be contacted by school staff if your child needs to be collected. It is vital that emergency contact numbers are kept up to date. Please inform the school immediately if personal details change, using the contact details listed above.
