FAoS is a Multi-Academy Trust consisting of: Buckland Primary School, John Blandy Primary School, Faringdon Infant School, Faringdon Junior School, Longcot & Fernham Primary School, Shrivenham Primary School, Watchfield Primary School and Faringdon Community College.

As a dynamic organisation, we are always looking for new ideas and ways forward. The strong and motivated team of teaching and non-teaching staff are committed to providing the best education they can and have an energy and enthusiasm which makes FAoS a rewarding organisation to work for.

If you are a graduate, there is the option to train as a teacher with hands-on training in a school, on a school-led training course. You will get the chance to learn on the job in at least two schools, learning from experienced colleagues and putting your new skills into practice from day one.
