The Faringdon Academy of Schools believe that Community Development Team help raise the achievement of children and young people and broaden their life opportunities while building a positive community spirit.

The Community Development Team supports the Faringdon Academy schools and Associate Schools with the organisation of a variety of clubs and activities for the college and the community, provides community access to the college, parenting support and student support.

 

The Community Development Team at FCC supports a range of groups both in and out of school and in the wider community. The Team is made up of the  Rachel Kenyon, the HSCLW  and the Community Development Administrator Lisa Groves. The Community Development Team offer a variety of activities and services available to children, young people, families and the wider community, usually in local schools and often provided beyond the school day (i.e. before school starts and after 3.15pm).
