Major areas of study include nutritional analysis of materials and components, design and 
market influences and processes and manufacture.

 

Lesson style

Design and make practical assignments and theory research.

Time Allocation: 4 hours per week teacher contact time.

Ongoing major project, nutrition theory assignments as required.
